    Hi Julia,
    I am throughly enjoying your recipes and really enjoying this way of life, it’s new to me and really enjoying it. I have made your apple crumble twice and was just wondering if the amount of butter is too much. I can’t get the crumble to crumble, it turns to paste. I’ve added more almond meal but am just wondering if the butter measurement is a typo or if I’m doing something wrong.
    I made your Red Thai Chicken Curry and that is just amazing! Keep the wonderful recipes coming.

    I agree with Rachel. There is far too much butter in this. Even with 2 cups of coconut flour I haven’t been able to rescue this crumble 😢
