Low Carb Apple Crumble

Up until now I have resisted tampering with a recipe ingrained in my family's food traditions. A favourite with my siblings and I as we grew up in the 60's and 70's, Apple Crumble has become a symbol of family and togetherness. No McPhee family gathering is complete without Apple Crumble. So here is my 'low carb' version of that family favourite and I am pretty happy with it!!
