Easy LCHF dressing for any salad. Use as a dip or sauce to serve with cold meat.
- ¼ cup Greek natural yoghurt (full fat)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed Garlic,ginger,chili (optional)
- Mix yoghurt, herbs, and oil together and add to salad, use as a dip or serve with cold meat.
