Coconut Chocolate Fudge

- 1 cup Coconut oil (melted if it is solid)
- 1 large tbsp cocoa (taste and add more if necessary)
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- 1-2 tsp Natvia (taste after 1 tsp and add ore if needed)
- ½ cup Coconut (dessicated)
- Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a small shallow dish, or pour small amounts into an ice cube tray. Place in fridge until firm and store in fridge. This fudge will soften at room temperature
