Coconut Chocolate Fudge
 
 
The LCHF Coconut Chocolate Fudge is simply awesome. If you need a bit of a treat, without the insulin spike of traditional fudge, then this Coconut Chocolate Fudge is a great option.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Coconut oil (melted if it is solid)
  • 1 large tbsp cocoa (taste and add more if necessary)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1-2 tsp Natvia (taste after 1 tsp and add ore if needed)
  • ½ cup Coconut (dessicated)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a small shallow dish, or pour small amounts into an ice cube tray. Place in fridge until firm and store in fridge. This fudge will soften at room temperature
