Low Carb Turkish Delight
Low Carb Turkish Delight is easy to make and a nice little after dinner treat

  • 2 cups Water (boiling)
  • 6 Teabags (fruit flavoured, such as Cranberry, strawberry etc)
  • 6 squares Dark chocolate (85% Cocoa)
  • 4 tsp Gelatine (or as per instruction on packet)
  • 1 tbsp Natvia
  1. Add teabags to boiling water and let seep for as long as possible (the longer you let it seep the stronger the flavour). Add Natvia and taste, add more if needed to sweeten to your preference. Add gelatine and stir well. Pour into a 20cm x 20cm tray and refrigerate. Once set, melt chocolate gently over a low heat and pour over Low Carb Turkish Delight. Before chocolate is set solid, slice into squares.
