Luca's Lovely Lambchops
 
 
This is a recipe I have borrowed from one of the best cooks I know - Luca. He puts more love in his food than anyone I know!!

Ingredients
  • 500 gm Lamb chops, fillets
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
Instructions
  1. Toss lamb in olive oil and Italian herbs and let sit for several hours. Place on a hot barbecue plate or grill or place in a hot pan. Cook for a minute on each side or until both sides are well browned. Sit for a few minutes (the chops not you) before eating to let the juices settle.
