Luca's Lovely Lambchops

- 500 gm Lamb chops, fillets
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- Toss lamb in olive oil and Italian herbs and let sit for several hours. Place on a hot barbecue plate or grill or place in a hot pan. Cook for a minute on each side or until both sides are well browned. Sit for a few minutes (the chops not you) before eating to let the juices settle.
