Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
  • 500 gm Marinara mix (fish, calamari, mussels, prawns)
  • 2 cups Seafood stock commercial or homemade ( I was lucky enough to be given some crab claws which I simply boiled up with ginger and garlic - drain off liquid)
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves, sliced or crushed
  • ¼ cup fresh Coriander
  • ¼ tsp Chili flakes
  • ½ cup Cream
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic and diced onion, and sauté until onion is cooked. Add stock and bring to a gentle boil. Add marinara mix and heat until seafood is cooked through. Add cream, coriander, and chill flakes. Heat through and serve immediately.
