Lemon Coconut Balls
 
 
A little low carb sweet and sour treat, great when combined with a bitter dark chocolate.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Low Carb Lemon/lime curd (see recipes in dessert section)
  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
  • ¼cup Coconut (dessicated)
Instructions
  1. Mix lemon curd, cream cheese and coconut oil together. You may need to set this for a little while in the fridge until firm. Roll into balls and roll in coconut. Store in fridge.
