Lemon Coconut Balls

      - ½ cup Low Carb Lemon/lime curd (see recipes in dessert section)
- 3 tbsp Cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
- ¼cup Coconut (dessicated)
     - Mix lemon curd, cream cheese and coconut oil together. You may need to set this for a little while in the fridge until firm. Roll into balls and roll in coconut. Store in fridge.
