Low Carb Crackers

  • 1 cup Almond meal or LSA
  • ¼ cup Sesame seeds
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 Egg white
  • 6tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until well mixed. The mixture should hold together in a ball. Roll into small balls and press flat. Place on baking paper on a tray in the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Store in an air tight container.
