Camembert Stuffed Chicken and Bacon

- 4 Chicken thighs (boneless)
- 4 strips Bacon
- 4 slices Camembert cheese
- Wrap chicken thighs in bacon and place in oven for 20 mins. Remove form oven and open the thigh, place one slice of camembert. Place back in the oven for a further 1 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven and serve with Zucchini Gratin
