Camembert Stuffed Chicken and Bacon

Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken thighs (boneless)
  • 4 strips Bacon
  • 4 slices Camembert cheese
Instructions
  1. Wrap chicken thighs in bacon and place in oven for 20 mins. Remove form oven and open the thigh, place one slice of camembert. Place back in the oven for a further 1 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven and serve with Zucchini Gratin
