Low Carb Bread

  • 2 cups LSA
  • ½ cup Flaxmeal
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
  • ⅓ cup Coconut oil
  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs and coconut oil. Lastly add boiling water and mix well. It will be quite a thick mixture. Spoon into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes or a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool and slice into 5 mm slices. Toast or make sandwiches.
