Limon Curd

- 1 cup Lemon or lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Natvia
- 2 eggs
- Melt butter, add juice and Natvia. Gradually add beaten eggs and stir over a low heat until the mixture thickens. Store in the fridge.
