Limon Curd
 
 
This is sweet and a little bit sour, a great addition to desserts and cakes.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Lemon or lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Natvia
  • 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Melt butter, add juice and Natvia. Gradually add beaten eggs and stir over a low heat until the mixture thickens. Store in the fridge.
