Blueberry and Cinnamon Chia Pots
I often get asked for dairy free breakfast options. This is quick to prepare, sweet to taste and has a slightly crunchy texture. A very satisfying snack for breakfast or any time of the day.

  • ¼ cup Coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Blueberries, cinnamon, Just Nuts (optional)
  1. Stir chia seeds and coconut cream together and let sit for around 30 mins. The Chia seeds will expand and soften. Cinnamon is a great blood sugar stabiliser and adding Just Nuts adds flavour to everything.
