Coconut Fresh Herb Dressing

- 1 tsp each chilli, ginger and garlic
- Juice and rind of 2 limes
- ½ cup Mint leaves chopped
- ½ cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Kaffir lime leaf
- 1 cup Coconut cream
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until nearly smooth.
Serving size: 1 Fat: 2.0g Saturated fat: 1.8g Carbohydrates: 0.3g Sodium: 3mg Protein: 0.3g
