Dark Chocolate Chunks

  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 4 squares Dark (85-90% cocoa)
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • Optional
  • 2 tbsp Rum
  • Blueberries
  • Nuts (or a sprinkle of Just Nuts)
  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for around 1 minute or until mixture is melted and can be mixed together. Add rum if this is your chosen this option. Pour mixture into ice-cube trays. Place a blueberry on each or some nuts (or just leave plain), and place in the fridge until the mixture has set and is solid. Turn out of the ice-cube trays and store in the fridge. Don't expect them to last long though!
