Chocolate Coconut Balls

- 100gm Cream cheese (softened)
- 200gm Dark chocolate (85% cocoa) melted
- 1tbsp Butter
- ½ cup Desiccated coconut
- 2tbsp Coconut oil
- 1tbsp Almond butter
- 1tsp Vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together. Leave in fridge until nearly firm. Roll into balls and store in fridge.
