Asian Slaw

- 1 cup sliced red cabbage
- 1 cup sliced green or savoy cabbage
- ½ re onion diced
- ½ cup spring onion
- 1 small red capsicum diced
- ½ cup mixed fresh herbs - coriander/mint/Thai basil - or any herb of your choice
- 1 medium carrot finely sliced or julienned
- Dressing
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Herb Paste
- or
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar (adapt amount to taste)
- Add sliced vegetables to a large bowl. Add dressing just prior to serving.
