Asian Greens and Spinach Stirfry
 
 
A quick and easy stir-fry to accompany any main meal. Particularly good with steak.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 4 cups Mixed Asian greens and spinach
  • 1 small Red onion chopped
  • 1 tsp each Garlic, ginger and chilli, crushed
  • 1tbsp Oyster sauce
  • Fresh herbs of your choice
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic, chilli and ginger until onion has softened. Add oyster sauce and spinach and cook until heated through. Finally add fresh herbs and serve immediately.
