Asian Greens and Spinach Stirfry

      - 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 4 cups Mixed Asian greens and spinach
- 1 small Red onion chopped
- 1 tsp each Garlic, ginger and chilli, crushed
- 1tbsp Oyster sauce
- Fresh herbs of your choice
     - Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic, chilli and ginger until onion has softened. Add oyster sauce and spinach and cook until heated through. Finally add fresh herbs and serve immediately.
